Can you do this?

Loudoun challenged me to do this:





Up and over your head, without unlocking your hands. 
This must be an elementary school thing. 


I can hang. 

We looked pretty silly trying, but we sure did laugh a lot.

    I love your blog but do wonder ... you never talk about a struggle not to drink. Do you ever struggle? Your family is beautiful ... but you also haven't been sober for all that long. How do you real with this issue?
